2010 AGM & Reunion At Stratford Upon Avon
In 2010 we will return to Stratford upon Avon for our AGM & Reunion weekend, Friday 15th August to Monday 18th August 2010.
The hotel is holding the prices at the rates below, which includes Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal on each day. You can come for 1, 2 or all 3 nights, or even just the AGM daytime and pay for the Saturday evening dinner only.
1 night = £85 per person 2 nights = £140 per person 3 nights = £180 per person Saturday evening meal only = £23 (must be paid in advance).
The hotel has reserved 10 single rooms for us with no single supplement, which will be allocated on a first come first served basis to Java Club members. Please continue to share if you can so that the single rooms are not used up unnecessarily making some members having to pay the £10 per night supplement.
There is NO DEPOSIT required this time, so there is no need to worry about losing money if you’re not up to it at the last minute, as long as you cancel more than 24 hours beforehand. ** SO THERE’S NO NEED TO WAIT, BOOK NOW **
